Kingsway Estate Agents offers three levels of services to suit your individual requirements. Each service can be tailored to meet your needs and expectations.

Tenant Find

We find you a tenant and organise the tenancy agreement, leaving you with the day-to-day running of your property.

Fee: 75% (90% inc. VAT) of the first month’s rent
Minimum fee £595.00 (£714.00 inc. VAT)

  • Marketing, advertising and accompanied viewings
  • Vetting and Referencing of Tenants including the Right to Rent
  • Arranging compliance certificates
  • Preparation and signing of the Tenancy Agreement
  • Security deposit holding facility
  • Professional check-in Inventory report
  • Advising utility suppliers and Council Tax
  • Collecting your rent and providing monthly statements
  • Chasing rent arrears and providing advice on necessary actions
  • Annual Rent Review
  • Carrying three routine visits a year and providing the landlord with a report
  • Arranging maintenance and repairs using our approved contractors
  • Serving notice requiring possession when required
  • Arranging the return of the tenants deposit minus any applicable deductions

Rent Collection

We find you a tenant and collect monthly rent payments on your behalf, leaving you to maintain the property.

Fee: 7% (8.4% inc. VAT) of the monthly rent.
Plus £495 (£594.00 inc. VAT) set up fee.
