Tenant Find
We find you a tenant and organise the tenancy agreement, leaving you with the day-to-day running of your property.
Fee: 75% (90% inc. VAT) of the first month’s rent
Minimum fee £595.00 (£714.00 inc. VAT)

- Marketing, advertising and accompanied viewings
- Vetting and Referencing of Tenants including the Right to Rent
- Arranging compliance certificates
- Preparation and signing of the Tenancy Agreement
- Security deposit holding facility
- Professional check-in Inventory report
- Advising utility suppliers and Council Tax
- Collecting your rent and providing monthly statements
- Chasing rent arrears and providing advice on necessary actions
- Annual Rent Review
- Carrying three routine visits a year and providing the landlord with a report
- Arranging maintenance and repairs using our approved contractors
- Serving notice requiring possession when required
- Arranging the return of the tenants deposit minus any applicable deductions

Rent Collection
We find you a tenant and collect monthly rent payments on your behalf, leaving you to maintain the property.
Fee: 7% (8.4% inc. VAT) of the monthly rent.
Plus £495 (£594.00 inc. VAT) set up fee.
